MEMBERSHIP & Renewal

APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP :  Membership is open to any person ten years or over, please apply using the below on-line application form which will be submitted to our Membership Secretary and Treasurer.    All new applicants are entitled to play up to 3 times by paying a rink fee, after this they should apply for membership.   Reduced membership fees are applicable if you join part way through the year as per the table.

Subscriptions should be paid as follows:

• Bank Transfer (preferred):  Fill in the on-line membership form below and make an on-line payment as follows:  Account Name :  Slade Recreation Club Ltd.  Account No  85731064  Sort Code  60-04-09.  Ref:  B/your name  (example "B/A Hunt"
• Cheque:  Payable to "Slade Recreation Club Ltd"  fill in a membership form at the club and write your name on the back of the cheque, enclose both in an envelope with your name printed on the front Membership Fee.
• Cash :  Fill in a membership form at the club, enclose the cash & form in an envelope with your name printed on the front stating Membership Fee.
• Debit/Credit Card:  Fill in membership form and pay at the bar.  Note: a voluntary contribution of £2 is asked for to cover bank charges

NB:  Junior and Social Members do not carry voting rights
